i FLY

Have any of you ever gone sky diving? Would you ever want to? Well I would absolutely love it! A few years ago I thought otherwise until I saw a video of my brother in law do it. It looked so awesome!!! The adrenalin of jumping out of a plane and free falling for a few seconds. Then floating through the air all peaceful once you pull the shoot.
Well Aaron spoiled me for my birthday. He took me to Ogden to the Solomon center to do the iFLY. You go in a wind tunnel thingy, and it's like you're sky diving. I think it would be way cool to learn all the tricks you can do in there. They say it's pretty close to the feeling of sky diving. It was so fun that I couldn't stop smiling.... I really tried hard not to because my spit kept flying out of my mouth and against my face.....and we won't talk about the runny nose it gives you! It was sooo SWEET!! I got a video of me doing it and a way cool t-shirt. I've been trying to post the video but for some reason it's not working. So when I figure it out I will post it.
It was such a blast hanging out with Aaron all day, just me and him. We went shopping and I have to say Aaron is now an expert at picking out jeans with cool looking pockets :o). We also went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and filled up on yummy rolls and steak! What an awesome day! Thanks so much Babe you totally spoiled me!!!

Kids are so honest!

So I'm already having a hard enough time knowing that my 30th birthday is just around the corner, and then my neighbor calls me. She says Kobe was at her house and their dad was talking about how he is the king of the house. Kobe's all..."ya my dad is the king of our house too"! So they asked him, "Does that mean your mom's the queen"? He said, " no she's the OLD Princess"!!!!! Are you kidding me!

Come on, what's a number anyway? Besides the wrinkles and saggy boobs....well wait... now days you can fix anything, right! Getting older just means that you get to experience new adventures as your kids get older. Pretty soon Kobe will be giving me rides on his dirt bike and trying to freak his mom out (he tells me this all the time). Kylee will be all girl (but still adventurous like me) and getting ready for her first date. We'll be cheering at their games and crying with them during their hard times. We'll be doing school projects and fun vacations. And I'm sure there will be some more bambino's or bambina's on the way... no, this isn't an announcement, but we do have to get a move on, I'm getting old right, ha! Sooooo many things to look forward to! I just hope all those things don't go by too fast! I guess I just need to live in the moment and love it, and be the Best Dang mom and wife I can be, right now.
